Rodent Strobe will refund received payments for the returned product(s) purchase price less shipping(shipping not refunded) from Rodent Strobe Inc. under the following conditions:
The purchaser has THREE WEEKS (21 calendar days) from (date received included) the date of the courier’s/shipper’s recorded date of delivery, to the customer’s shipping address, to ship via approved courier(Fed-Ex, UPS, USPS, DHL) to Rodent Strobe Inc. the items purchased from Rodent Strobe Inc..
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.
No refunds will be issued for products that are not received for shipping to Rodent Strobe Inc. by an approved courier after 21 days from (date received included) the original courier’s recorded date of delivery to the customer’s shipping address.
The purchaser is responsible for insuring the returned shipped item(s), with Rodent Strobe Inc. receiving all benefits from said insurance, for the full purchase price.
Purchaser is responsible for making sure that all returned items are properly packed for shipment.
The purchaser is responsible to assure that the items shipped are received by Rodent Strobe Inc. in good condition.
No refund will be issued for returned products that are damaged, appear used(worn or damaged) or are not in good condition as judged by Rodent Strobe Inc..
The purchaser is responsible for insuring that Rodent Strobe Inc. has all return shipping, “tracking”, insurance, etc. information as soon as it is available form the approved courier.
No refund will be issued if all of Rodent Strobe Inc.’s return policies are not followed.
Orders of an amount greater than $2,000.00 USD will be subject to a 55% restocking fee.
This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Rodent Strobe Inc. .
